Mark Allan
was born in New York City in 1965. He worked in various restaurants where he learned to prepare a number of international cuisines. Food became a passion for him. Through the years, he learned that he could excite himself and others by preparing and creating great food. He has an energizing talent.

Since 1988, Mark Allan has taken a small pizzeria in Little Italy and transformed it into an awesome dining experience. He guarantees you that you can not find a better cooked Italian meal anywhere in New York City for under ten dollars.

We at Pomodoro treasure him, and hope that one day, you can come in and see for yourself. We also display all of our pizzas so you can see the quality for yourself.
